Ellika Frisell fait partie de l&rsquo;ancienne g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et a eu comme professeur entre autres Thore Hardelin qui est disparu il y a pas lontemps en ao\u00f9t 2025, elle a aussi \u00e9tudi\u00e9 avec le violiniste indien K. Shivakumara. Elle a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 pour sa collaboration avec le joueur de chora Solo Cissokho. Ellika Frisell a \u00e9t\u00e9 la professeure d&rsquo;Emma Reid dans sa jeunesse, elles se retrouvent ici avec une belle connivence. Elles sont toutes les deux au violon ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;alto. Il y a 7 compositions de l&rsquo;une ou de l&rsquo;autre et 5 traditionnels d&rsquo;Orsa ou de Bingsj\u00f6. On est clairement \u00e0 Orsa mais pas que, on sent des influences exog\u00e8nes! Le d\u00e9but de la piste 9 ressemble \u00e0 de la musique indienne, des percussions c&rsquo;est rare dans la musique su\u00e9doise, puis le violoncelle d&rsquo;Anders L\u00f6fberg prend la parole. Ce morceau dure 10 minutes merveilleuses! Le violoncelle est pr\u00e9sent sur 3 titres avec les percussions de Rafael Sida.
